We are a small boutique real estate agency specializing in residential properties in Charlotte, North Carolina. The Broker-in-Charge is Bob Rossier, who has lived in Charlotte since 1980, and been a licensed North Carolina Agent since 1984. Training with a large corporate real estate agency, Bob has moved on to his own smaller firm, in order to provide more customized service. Although for many years Bob lived and renovated homes in Myers Park, Dilworth, Elizabeth and Midwood, his home office (pictured above) is now near the Fresh Market at Strawberry Hill in the Mammoth Oaks subdivision, part of South Charlotte. Not only has Bob sold and listed several homes in Charlotte and Atlanta over the years, but he is also a licensed North Carolina residential appraiser, which has proved helpful in completing market evaluation reports. He has a BS in Building construction from Georgia Tech. Currently he is serving on the foundation board of Wing Haven, a non-profit garden and bird sanctuary in Myers Park, due to his love of gardening.

Clients have included first time buyers, people needing larger homes, relocations, or people making changes for retirement. Properties sold or listed have ranged from detached single family homes to condominiums in uptown. Price ranges have included $100,000's to over $2,000,000. We are not a large firm, and we do not generally have several properties listed at one time, but we firmly believe this gives us more time to give you the attention you need and want as a buyer or as a seller! Bob Rossier's associate broker is Lili Corbus, PhD and an Emerita Associate Professor of Art History, UNC Charlotte (2006, retired, after 20 years of university teaching). Lili has also served as a board member of the Charlotte Historic District Commission, aiding local historic preservation efforts. Our site provides information about current listings, helpful tips for buyers and sellers, as well as current market insights. We hope you will visit it often!
